This complete renovation of the previous Salida Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center will now serve the City of Salida and Chaffee County Government. The remodel work consists of the removal of walls and replacement of ceilings and flooring, making this project challenging yet satisfying from a construction standpoint. A total renovation of more than 45,000 square feet of office space to include structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades along with a total interior demolition with asbestos abatement.
