




This commercial structure houses Salida’s AutoZone, Family Dollar and Sherwin-Williams Paint stores. The total project included over 20,000 square feet of retail space and over an acre of site work, with utility access in the rear and a fully paved parking lot. Distinguishing features include twenty-foot high split-face block walls and exposed steel girder trusses.
