To assist the needs of a subdivision in the area, Little River Ranch Subdivision, this bridge was erected to help with transportation and safety. This bridge was installed to serve phase 3 for the subdivision. The project included rerouting of the South Arkansas River and de-watering of the area. This was done twice, once for each shoreline so that supports could be placed into the river bed.
